Thanks for shopping with Coelihack. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Please ensure you read item descriptions carefully and note sizes and colours of products before you place your order. By purchasing from Coelihack you as the
customer agree to our shop terms, conditions and policies.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of
orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we
will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We ship our items via Sendle, a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Sendle requires a signature upon delivery for all orders.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Domestic shipping prices start from $7.75, and are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination. This will be calculated at checkout before you
purchase your items.

Rest of Australia | 3-10 working days
International shipping prices start from $18.95, and are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination. This will be calculated at checkout before
you purchase your items.
International delivery is broken down into three zones with individual time frames.

Zone 1 New Zealand | 4-6 working days
Zone 2 North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days
Zone 3 Rest of the world | 10-15 working days

Shipment to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O boxes. A physical street address is required for all Sendle deliveries as a signature is required upon delivery.
Shipment confirmation & tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This will contain your tracking number(s). If your product has not arrived within
the estimated time frame, you can track your order using the tracking number provided.
Receiving your order
If a receiver is not home to sign for your parcel, Sendle will attempt to redeliver the item for free. If the parcel cannot be delivered again, it may be left at one of
1400 local collection points. Collection points may include newsagents or service bstations. Check the card left by Sendle to confirm your pickup location.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Coelihack is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs,
Damaged or lost items
Please contact Coelihack if your item has been damaged or lost during delivery. We’ll need you to provide photographic evidence of any damage before we replace the item. We will send you a replacement item upon receipt of proof that you haven’t received your item or that it was damaged upon arrival.

Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with Coelihack.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and
needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or
exchange after inspecting the item.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way, or outside the 30 day return period. These items will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Please allow five business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Coelihack. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you believe you have been incorrectly refunded, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
If you change your mind, or require a different size or colour of the item, we’re happy to exchange it. If your exchange is approved, we will ship the correct or alternative items as listed on the returns form. For exchanges, please list alternative items in case we have sold out of your first choice. If the new items are different and there is a price difference, you may need to pay the difference or you will receive a partial refund.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the original purchase to Coelihack and for the delivery of the new items.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you were sent the wrong order or a faulty item please notify us immediately. Please quote your order number and state the fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the incorrect or faulty item. Please ensure the receipt for return postage to Coelihack is enclosed so that this cost may be reimbursed with your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Coelihack. Shipping costs are non refundable. We recommend returning
items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Coelihack, or that are lost in transit will not be issued a refund or exchange.
